How I work?
Every counselling journey is unique. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth, our work together will be guided by your needs and at a pace that feels right for you.
The Relationship Matters
The relationship between us is essential!

I work holistically, drawing on different approaches including person-centred, attachment theory, psychodynamic, strengths-based, somatic body therapies, and elements of DBT such as self-compassion and mindfulness.

Because we all heal uniquely, our sessions are collaborative, and my priority is always that you feel safe, comfortable, and supported.

Counselling can help you feel truly seen, heard, and understood — sometimes for the first time in our lives!
It can build confidence, provide strategies to cope, reshape neural pathways, and support the healing of painful memories.
It can also strengthen relationships, deepen self-trust, and help you live more authentically.
With my lived experience and professional background in mental health, I am passionate about walking alongside you on this healing journey. It takes courage to heal, but the growth and wellbeing it brings are worth it.
